HILL’S 11TH INNING HOMER LIFTS GOLDEN SUNS TO REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Junior center fielder Kambri Hill launched a two-run walkoff home run deep to center field to lift the top-seeded Arkansas Tech Golden Suns (48-9) over No. 4 seed Minnesota State (45-16) 2-0 in 11 innings to advance to the NCAA D-II Central Region 1 Championship game tomorrow.

The Golden Suns will face the winner of the Minnesota State vs. Upper Iowa game at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Chartwells Women's Sports Complex for the regional championship.
