Dylan Riley

Dylan Riley enters into his first season as an assistant coach at Arkansas Tech.

He joins Tech after spending the past three seasons at Lewis University, a division II school located in Romeoville, Ill. In his time at Lewis, Riley helped lead the Flyers to a 64-32 record and consecutive appearances in the NCAA Midwest Regional Tournament after Lewis won the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Tournament Championship in 2023 and 2024.
 
Riley was responsible for scouting opponents' blocking and offensive tendencies. In each of his last two years at Lewis, the Flyers led the GLVC in blocking. In 2025, they had 266.0 total blocks and ranked 27th in DII in blocks per set (2.31). In 2024, the Flyers had 326.5 total blocks and ranked 13th in DII in blocks per set (2.53)
 
Prior to his time at Lewis, Riley spent a season as an assistant coach at Chicago State University in 2022. The two seasons before that, Riley was an assistant coach at Rockhurst University.
 
Riley began his coaching career as a graduate assistant with the men's volleyball program at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
 
As an undergraduate, Riley was a member of the men's volleyball team at Ottawa University and Park University and the baseball team at MCC-Longview. In 2017, Riley helped lead Park to a NAIA National Championship in men's volleyball.
